HISTORY: Mr. Maxwell was born February 19, 1949 in Wadesboro, NC a son of the late Charles Orval and Martha Smith Maxwell. He was a graduate of Florence Darlington TEC, and Francis Marion University. Mr. Maxwell was a veteran of the U.S. Army, enlisting during the Vietnam War. He was a former employee of A.O. Smith and was of the Baptist faith. Stuart was a devoted caregiver to his mother, sister, and a loving father to Allison.
