Charles "Chuck" Hannah, II

          Mr. Charles "Chuck" Hannah, II, age 47, known to many as "Cornbread," entered into rest on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at his home. A memorial service will be held Wednesday June 14, 2023 at 6:00 PM from the chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Pastor Tom Gainey. The family will greet friends from 5:00 to 6:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

          Mr. Hannah was born March 17, 1976 in Chesterfield, SC a son of Charles and Anna Myers Hannah. Mr. Hannah was known for his love of all things trucking. Chuck drove a Peterbilt truck because according to him, nothing was better than a Peterbilt. You would always know which truck was his because he had the shiniest chrome and brightest chicken lights. In his younger years, Mr. Hannah enjoyed competing in rodeos. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge 314 in Ruby, SC. Chuck had special place in his heart for his two cats, Skeeter and Lucy. Above all else, there was nothing that Chuck loved more than his “boo boo”, Mandy.

          Mr. Hannah was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John Robert and Sadie Hannah; maternal grandparents, Bill and Eliza Myers; step-grandfather, Grover Cassidy; aunts, Pastor Rebecca Boykin, Frances Oliver; uncle, JC Hannah; and cousin, Jeff Oliver.

          Survivors include his loving wife, Mandy Self Hannah of the home; son, Tucker Jackson Gaddy of Wadesboro, NC; parents, Charles and Anna Hannah of Chesterfield, SC; brother, Robby (April) Hannah of Hartsville, SC; nieces and nephews, Tripp, Hunter, Ryan, Jessica, Noah, Aubrie, Liza; sister-in-law, Carrie (William Streater) Bunn of Wadesboro, NC; brother-in-law, J.T. (Danielle) Self of Morven, NC, father-in-law, Tommy Self of Morven, NC; mother-in-law, Teresa Self of Morven, NC; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
