VISITATION: is 3:00 - 4:00 PM, Thursday March 7, 2013, prior to the service at the Church
HISTORY: Mr. Belk was born February 4, 1964 in Pageland, SC, a son of the late Thomas and Ada Jordan Belk. He was a carpenter. Tinky was a NASCAR fan, and enjoyed drag racing, working on cars, and was a true Handyman. In addition to his parents, Tinky was also preceded in death by a brother, Thomas D. Belk, Jr. and by a sister Jean Carolyn Campbell,
