          Mr. Charles Wade Anderson, age 79, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at his home. No formal services are planned at this time.

          Mr. Anderson was born May 8, 1944 in Union County, NC a son of the late Wade and Pearline Liles Anderson. Charles was the owner and operator of Anderson Trucking. Mr. Anderson will be remembered as a great father and mentor to his sons.

          In addition to his parents, Mr. Anderson was also preceded in death by his son, William Charles Anderson.

          Survivors include his sons, Jonathan Paul Anderson of Patrick, SC, James Brandon Anderson of Monroe, NC, Anthony Rex Anderson of Martinsboro, WV; grandchildren, Charles Wallace Anderson, Keaton Reid Anderson, Sheyanne Elizabeth Anderson, Rex Anderson, Kayden James Anderson, Caleb Thomas Anderson, Landon Garrett Anderson, Jonathan Tyler Anderson, Robin Lynn Anderson, Jessie Biggers; siblings, Linda Harvell of Monroe, NC, Janet Surratt of Fort Mill, SC, Shirley Anderson of FL; brothers of the heart, Fred Underwood and Walter Griffin.
