DECEASED: Mrs. Carrie McDonald Parker, age 95, died Thursday, July 18, 2013
GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens
HISTORY: Mrs. Parker was born April 27, 1918 a daughter of the late Robert Alexander and Josephine Quick McDonald. She was a graduate of the SC School for the Deaf, where she served as Housemother for 32 boys, whom she loved. Carrie was also a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Carrie was also preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.
SURVIVORS:
3 Daughters: Pat (Vernon) Huggins, Rita (Pete) Brock, and Joyce R. Parker all of Cheraw, SC
5 Grandchildren: Chris (Wendy) Huggins, Jamie (Carisa) Huggins, Allison (Jake) Melton, Kip (Charlotte) Brock, and Danielle Brock.
Also 11 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great, Great Grandchild
