HISTORY: Miss Burch was born July 5, 1981 in Rock Hill, SC a daughter of James Ellis Burch, Jr. and Barbara Ann Hall Burch. She was a graduate of Chesterfield High School Class of 1999, and was a certified Nursing Assistant and Patient Caregiver. Brooke was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Robert "Bobby" Hall
