HISTORY: Mr. Ratliff was born in Cheraw, SC a son of Billy Gene Ratliff and the late Brenda Sue Tucker Farmer. He was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and attended Francis Marion University. Brent was a member of Clanton Plains Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother and brother, Billy Gene Ratliff, Jr.

Father and Stepmother: Billy and Vickie Ratliff of Ruby, SC

Stepbrother: Johnny (Lydia) Hartwick of Ruby, SC

Niece: Sierra Hartwick

Nephew: Zachary Hartwick

Also 5 Aunts, 3 Uncles, and numerous cousins, and special companion "his dog Lacy"
