HISTORY: Mrs. Fincher was born August 21, 1945 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Joseph Garrett and Ruth William Caulder. She was a homemaker and a member of Westside Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her husband James Alan "Jim" Fincher.
