DECEASED: Mr. Bobby J. Thurman, age 73, died Thursday, September 6, 2007

FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 PM Sunday, September 9, 2007 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel

INTERMENT: will follow in the Ruby Cemetery

VISITATION: 1:00 - 2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home

HISTORY: Mr. Thurman was born in Chesterfield County, SC a son of the late Luke Franklin and Bessie Sellers Thurman. He was a graduate of Ruby High School and was a retired employee of Delta Mills with 39 years of service. After his retirement, he repaired and sold all types of appliances. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, and was a member of Westside Baptist Church. Bobby was preceded in death by his brothers Jack, Jerry, and Will Frank Thurman.

Wife of 48 years: Eunice T. Thurman of the home

2 Sons: Dennis Thurman and Michael Thurman both of Cheraw, SC

2 Grandchildren: Rylie and Cooper Thurman
