HISTORY: Mr. Melton was born in Jefferson, SC a son of the late Richard Leroy and Pinkey Robertson Melton. He was a retired employee of Springs Industries and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Collie was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Maxie and Floyd Melton.

1 Brother: Johnny Reece (Peggy) Melton of Jefferson, SC
