HISTORY: Mr. Perdue was born October 16, 1952 in Patrick, SC a son of Martha Gardner Perdue and the late Reece Perdue. He was a retired employee of A.O. Smith and a member of Patrick Presbyterian Church. Mr. Perdue was a leather craftsman, and enjoyed fishing and his Harley Davidson Motorcycles. In addition to his father, Billy was also preceded in death by his sister, Barbara "Cubbie" Tucker.
