INTERMENT: will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery
VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at the funeral home
HISTORY: Mr. Oliver was born March 4, 1959 in Pageland, SC a son of Billy Frank "Bill" and Vonzill Price Oliver. Frankie was a loving son, brother, and uncle.

3 Nephews: B.J. Johns, Gary Crowley, and Justin Morris
2 Nieces: Heather and Kristen Oliver
