FUNERAL SERVICE: 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel

INTERMENT: will follow in the Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery

VISITATION: is 2:00 – 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 9, 2016 prior to the service at the funeral home

HISTORY: Mr. Fincher was born September 9, 1945 in Monroe, NC a son of the late Louie Vernon and Doris Nicholson Fincher. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a retired employee of Caro Knit with 35 years of service. Mr. Fincher was the owner and operator of Memories by Billy and a member of Chesterfield Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Billy was also preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Fincher.
