HISTORY: Miss Gulledge was born October 13, 1928 in Wadesboro, NC a daughter of the late James L. Gulledge and Mary Davis Redfern. She was a graduate of Coker College and was a retired accountant with McDevitt Street Construction Company in Charlotte, NC. Miss Gulledge was a member of Jefferson Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Betty was also preceded in death by her brother James Edwin Redfern.
