Those left to cherish his beautiful memory include his parents, Ben & Brittany Tillman; paternal grandparents, Bill & Charlene Tillman; maternal grandparents, Marvin & Patricia Jones all of Cheraw, SC; maternal great grandmother, Mary Margaret Jones of Rockville, MD; uncles, Blake (Jessi) Tillman, and Will (Dena) Tillman both of Cheraw, SC; cousins, Cloie Tillman and Grace Tillman; and numerous extended family members and friends.
The family is grateful to God for the loving care, support, and time given to them by the staff of McLeod Regional Medical Center (Florence, SC) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and request that anyone wishing to make a donation in Benjamin’s memory to the McLeod Foundation, C/0 McLeod Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, PO Box 100551, Florence, South Carolina, 29501.
