INTERMENT: Chesterfield Cemetery

HISTORY: Mr. Mangum was born in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Inglis Park and Sarah Funderburk Mangum. He was a graduate of Wingate College and was a former Clerk of Court of Chesterfield County. Ben was a captain in the US Air Force during the WW II, serving in the European Theater. He was a member of the American Legion and a lifelong member of St. Paul United Methodist Church.
