Belvia Wright Rollins

Mrs. Belvia Wright Rollins, age 79, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Friday, November 27, 2020 at the Jefferson Town Cemetery in Jefferson, SC. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Rollins was born November 17, 1941 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late Perry Bud and Alma Courtney Wright. Belvia was a member of Jefferson United Methodist Church and loved to go shopping. Usually she was shopping for others more than herself but loved it dearly. Her greatest love was her grandchildren.  She enjoyed taking care of them, and they were her world. Belvia also could be found supporting the neighborhood children at their many activities and sporting events. She was truly a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will remembered for her loving and caring spirit.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rollins was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Wright.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Lyde Rollins, Sr. of the home; daughter, Tracy (Jeff) Jenkins of Jefferson, SC; son, Lyde Rollins Jr. of Jefferson, SC; grandchildren, Krystal Smith (Josh) Henke of Myrtle Beach, SC, Brittlea Rollins of Jefferson, SC; brothers, Andy (Cathy) Wright of Jefferson, SC, Robert Wright of Jefferson, SC; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jefferson United Methodist Church 115 E. Main St. Jefferson, SC 29718.
