HISTORY: Mrs. West was born August 31, 1966 in Monroe, NC a daughter of Hazel Ray "Buddy" Hendrix and Barbara Brock Hendrix. She was a graduate of Central High School and a former employee of Conbraco Industries. Barbie was preceded in death by a brother Michael Brock.
