HISTORY: Mrs. Demby was born March 12, 1929 in Jefferson, SC a daughter of the late Pete and Roxie Harpe Jenkins. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Azilee was a devoted Christian and member of Almetta Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson Ronnie Bob Demby; a brother David Jenkins; and by a sister Gertie Jenkins.

Husband of 55 years: Floyd Thomas "Buddy" Demby of the home
2 Sons: Thomas (Virginia) Demby of Bethune, SC and Floyd (Beth) Demby Jr. of Jefferson, SC
1 Sister: Glendora Jones of Bethune, SC
5 Grandchildren: Tommy (Betty) Demby, Donnie (Shannon) Demby, Gregg (Mary) Demby, Amanda (Chris) Baker, and Chad Demby
