HISTORY: Ms. Sikes was born May 6, 1954 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of Elsie Rae Mullis Sikes and the late Paul Emanuel Sikes. She was a homemaker and attended Lighthouse Baptist Church. Annette enjoyed going to church, growing pretty flowers, and yard selling.

5 Sisters: Brenda Thurman of Pageland, SC, Kathy Deason of Mt. Croghan, SC, Patricia Parker of Ruby, SC, Shelby Little of Marshville, NC, and Rita Alexson of Pageland, SC
