Angela Fern Hinson

Chesterfield, SC

Mrs. Angela Fern Hinson, age 66, entered into rest on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, May 16, 2025 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Reverend Bill Brock with burial to follow in the Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 12:00 – 1:00 PM Friday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hinson was born May 17, 1958 in Patrick, SC a daughter of the late Frank and Martha Geneva Johnson Heustess. She was a former employee of Stanley Tools with over 22 years of service and enjoyed attending Shiloh Methodist Church with her husband. Fern enjoyed gardening and working in her flowers, but her greatest joy came from her role as "Me Me" to her beloved grandchildren. Her family, particularly her grandchildren and great-grandchild, were the center of her world.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hinson was also preceded in death by her brothers, Don Heustess, Kenneth Heustess; and sister, Nellie Heustess.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Mike Hinson of the home; daughter, Crystal (DeWayne) Braddock of Greer, SC; son, Justin (Morgan) Lyles of Johns Island, SC; grandchildren, Richelle Braddock (Noah Rafaele), Caitlyn Braddock (Ely Smith), Ryleigh Anderson, Margot Lyles; and great granddaughter, Brynlee Rafaele.
